Gincident [gin-sa-dent] noun

An event which happened due to one too many gins

Meet Karen Murray, Jones Distillery’s resident Master Distiller. She has learned from some of the industries big hitters to develop and distill her own unique recipes on ‘Skip’, a 400L alembic still.

Taking a sustainable approach to the production of our delicious gins, our Master Distiller, Karen Murray forages, distills, bottles and hand-labels every single bottle of our London Dry and Raspberry & Lime gin in her home distillery in Davenham, Cheshire.
